As a Brand Manager, Content & Connections - Huggies® Diapers you’ll be at the forefront of driving brand growth and consumer connection. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, digital excellence, and cross-functional leadership. Based in the Chicago Commercial Center with a hybrid work arrangement and reporting to the Content & Connection Leader, you’ll bring strategic leadership across media, design, and owned platforms to fuel consumer love and brand equity. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with cross-functional team, including Business Delivery, Agency partners, Search & Content, CEX & Digital, Marketing Operations, and Design, to bring the Huggies® brand to life across every touchpoint.

In this role, you will:

Responsibilities
  • Lead with vision in communications
  • Content & Connections Planner: Help with annual planning and oversee in-year PESO execution across national and retail media, including new brand platform rollout.
  • Lead & Creative: Value and T7 Content & Connections
  • Huggies PR Lead: Partner with PR agency & Internal PR team on new releases, strategy, articles.
  • Influencer & Content Creator: Work closely with our Influencer and Social Content Studio on developing, creating, and executing our social strategy
  • Partnerships: Lead our content partnerships with agency partners to maximize relevant cultural partnerships
  • NICU: Lead the NICU and Little Fighters ecosystem for 2027
  • GTM: Support Delivery team with bring innovations into market thru the Go To Market process for Value and T7 Diapers

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Required Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing/Business related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years previous business experience; brand management or digital marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with brand development planning, innovation, and creative ideation processes.
  • Experience developing digital marketing strategy and activation plans to deliver effective personalization.
  • Strong analytical knowledge with ability to analyze results and drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence and deliver compelling communication.
  • Demonstrated positive energy to effectively represent brand internally and externally.
  • Must be self-driven, not deadline driven.
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups (e finance, sales, operations, planning).

Salary Range: 140,320 – 173,360 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
