The Organic Social Content Coordinator is a hybrid role between an Organic Social Media Coordinator and a Content Creator. This role will work closely with the Organic Social Account Supervisor in implementing social media marketing strategies for our wide range of clients to meet their unique objectives. They will develop monthly content calendars for the agency and clients and ensure that both the creative and copy is engaging, accessible to the readers and aligned with each client's respective brand and audience. They will create content to use on social media for the agency and clients, from graphics to short-form video, gifs and more. Additionally, this individual will help grow and maintain active communities on all social platforms through proactive reputation management.


Skills and Experience

  • Experience with video production, photography, and post-production processes, including editing and retouching
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro)
  • Knowledge of general best practices and differences between print and digital media
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and industry developments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate and present creative ideas and concepts internally
  • Ability to work in a productivity-focused and deadline-driven environmentย 
  • Efficient time management skillsย
