  • Originate and champion big ideas, concepting campaigns from the ground up and pushing the work beyond the expected
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary in-house creative team including art direction, design, copy, and production
  • Set and uphold a high creative bar. Maintain and evolve Fellow's brand guidelines in partnership with the creative team, ensuring consistency across every expression of the brand. Establish clear creative principles and review work with precision and intention
  • Be a champion and expert for our product differentiators and translate them into effective, compelling marketing

  • Scale Fellow's internal content creation engine. This is a core strategic priority for the business
Qualifications

  • A natural conceiver of ideas. You can originate a campaign concept, push a creative brief beyond the obvious, and inspire a team around a vision before a single asset is made
  • Expertise in creative and content development across marketing, digital, retail, product, and packaging
  • Ability to art direct photo, video, and design at a high level-from concept development through execution
