As part of HVAC Cooling, SPX Cooling Technologies is a leader in high quality industrial HVAC equipment used to cool large facilities like hospitals, data centers, and power plants.   With cooling towers, fans, and refrigeration units, companies rely on brands like Marley, Recold, and SGS to provide comfort and mission critical and industrial cooling solutions.

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. The Senior Visual Communications Specialist is a hands-on creative role responsible for developing, producing and maintaining visual communications across SPX Cooling Tech's brands and marketing channels. This position balances ongoing graphic design and production needs - including product and technical literature, sales collateral, presentations, advertising and event materials - with opportunities to shape and elevate the visual brand through creative concepts, campaigns, digital content and multimedia. The Senior Visual Communications Specialist will serve as a steward of brand standards and expand the organization's use of accessible video and content creation tools to bring products, technologies and customer stories to life.

  • Design, produce, update and maintain a broad portfolio of print and digital materials, including product and technical literature, sales collateral, presentations, advertisements, social and digital content, newsletters, trade show graphics, signage, templates and campaign assets.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, sales initiatives and other strategic priorities by developing creative concepts and translating complex technical products and value propositions into clear, engaging visual communications.
  • Own creative projects from initial request through final delivery, including concept development, stakeholder review, revisions, production-ready artwork, file organization and digital asset management, balancing creative quality with accuracy, timelines and business priorities.
  • Serve as a day-to-day visual brand steward for SPX Cooling Tech by maintaining and evolving standards, templates and creative resources while identifying opportunities to strengthen brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate print, production and creative vendors, including specifications, proofing, quality control, timelines and special requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and expand the use of platforms such as Adobe Express, PlayPlay and emerging creative tools to increase the efficiency and impact of digital and multimedia content.
  • Own the development of lightweight video and multimedia content using accessible tools, managing projects from concept and storyboarding through production, review and delivery, while coordinating external partners for more complex needs.
  • Capture and edit photography and video at company facilities, events and other locations as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Operations, HR and other stakeholders to understand business needs and drive effective visual solutions forward.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, communicating proactively and maintaining momentum against deadlines.
  • Demonstrate an ownership mentality, with a passion for delivering on commitments and driving work from idea through execution.
