Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in early intervention and pediatrics to join our team.


Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A current auto insurance policy.
  • Maintains license by the Department of Public Health under §20-411 C.G.S.


Primary job responsibilities:

  • Builds rapport and communicates effectively with clients and caregivers.
  • Demonstrates strict adherence to the Code of Ethics as described by ASHA.
  • Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.
  • Conducts assessments and standardized evaluations across developmental domains and for speech and language needs.
  • Recommends assistive technology related to communication for children in their natural setting that are consistent with their needs, capabilities and family outcomes.
  • Implements services as a primary service provider, providing coaching to families in their natural environment.


The position is in the CT area and requires a CT SLP license. We provide services all throughout CT-Tolland, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, New London and Middlesex counties.
