  • Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior leadership
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
  • Willingness to be hands-on and contribute directly to creative work when needed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to present and defend creative ideas to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, either agency or in-house
  • Proven experience managing and developing creative teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, campaigns, and multi-channel design
  • Experience with environmental design, experiential marketing, or themed entertainment is a plus
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Basic understanding of web development (HTML/CSS capabilities) is a plus, but not required.
