Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.

In addition to visual direction, this role plays a critical part in shaping and elevating service presentation, ensuring that every detail-from the guest welcome to the final touchpoint-reflects RHC's commitment to refined, anticipatory hospitality. Bridging creative vision with operational execution, this role ensures every touchpoint reflects RHC's commitment to premium hospitality driven by innovation and collaboration.
This role pays an annual salary of $88,000-$90,000.
Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).
This position will remain open until November 27, 2026.

- Provide event operation and production input at select client walkthroughs; offer creative leadership in pre-event planning
- Lead on-site styling, creative execution, and staff oversight for high-touch and large-scale events when needed including off-premise events
- Develop cohesive event aesthetics by creating client mood boards that showcase catering concepts, decor, rentals, and creative elements aligned with the overall event vision.
- Identify and recommend upselling opportunities for rentals, decor, and other enhancements while using creativity and industry trends to elevate the client experience.
Culinary Partnership
- Collaborate with culinary leads to develop immersive, visually compelling, and active food experiences
- Contribute to the presentation strategy of new menu offerings and seasonal features, aligning aesthetics with flavor storytelling
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new station designs in alignment with menu updates.
Team Development & Talent Growth
- Identify, mentor, and develop team members interested in event styling and creative execution, forming a core styling team capable of supporting large events and custom builds
- Facilitate hands-on training and styling workshops to deepen brand fluency and service presentation
- Serve as a creative lead and point of reference for team growth and cross-training
- Support on-site staff management and training to ensure service standards
- Write post-mortems on large-scale events to identify successes and areas for improvement. Provides a checks and balance system against event captains and sales managers to get the most accurate report of the event

- Develop and manage event guidelines for additional styling, aesthetic, and creative support.
