Overview

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a dynamic Remote Brand Manager for the North Division. This Brand Manager is to join our team to drive new patient acquisition and customer retention strategies.  

We are passionate about what we do and the difference our dentists make in our communities. Our brand managers work closely with office managers and regional business partners to identify marketing opportunities and develop traditional media, digital marketing, social media marketing, and community-based initiatives to reach new patients. 

Responsibilities

Accountabilities: 

  • Implement Marketing Plans and Monitor Performance: Execute marketing plans within the offices and closely monitor their performance. Collaborate with all vendor partners to identify opportunities for optimization. 
  • Develop Creative Briefs and Collaborate with Digital and Content Team: Write creative briefs for campaigns and engage with the creative team to oversee the production process. 
  • Promote New Initiatives to Office Managers: Act as an advocate for new initiatives, engage with Office Managers to ensure their successful adoption. 
  • Review Reports and Provide Updates: Regularly examine reports and offer updates and optimization suggestions to the Brand Director. 
  • Frontline Support for Office Managers: Serve as the first point of contact for office managers, handling phone calls and addressing issues promptly, diving deeper into the root causes when necessary. 
  • In-Person Office Visits: Conduct in-person meetings with the offices to maintain a direct connection and address any concerns or opportunities. 7. Design Content: Create campaigns and design emails and social media content for the Curated Brand Offices 
  • KPIs: 

    • MOM Patient Acquisition (total leads generated) 
    • Campaign Effectiveness by Tactic (conversion rates by tactic): Assess whether each tactic results in new patient leads. 
    • Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) 
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, project management, or related field.

    Minimum 2+ years of marketing and advertising experience with multi-location company.

    Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling marketing messaging tailored to different demographics and brand identities.

    General understanding of KPIs and analytical driven decision making.

    Excellent problem-solving, organizational, & verbal communication skills.

    Must work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, be comfortable offering opinions and new ideas, and take direction well.
