💡 The Role

As a key member of our strategy team, you will harness data, creative insights, and market research to craft compelling performance ads aimed at driving client revenue growth.

Your role involves a dynamic mix of analyzing advertising data, collaborating closely with production teams to create impactful video and static ads, and writing persuasive scripts, all under the mentorship and direction of your Strategy Lead.


🎬 What You'll Do

With training and guidance from your manager/Strategy Lead, you will create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth by:

• Analyzing data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

• Performing consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources

• Writing scripts and copy for video and static image ads

• Ensuring visuals match creative strategy outlined for the ad

• Giving feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad

• Executing on feedback given by your Strategy Lead

• Identifying top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis

• Identifying effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem

• Utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy

• Collaborating with Post-Production, Production, and your Strategy Lead to produce videos

• Analyzing the results of creative tests and utilizing this analysis to iterate

• Contributing to weekly strategic account planning


🧬 Who You Are

• Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions

• Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Able to work comfortably across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Strong Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
