  • Partner with the Director of Brand Experience to shape Walmart's creative vision across stores, digital, and emerging customer touchpoints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field, or 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field

  • 8+ years leading brand, retail, advertising, experiential, or integrated design

  • Proven leadership experience managing creative teams and delivering multiple projects successfully

  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and design systems

  • Ability to interpret and apply creative briefs aligned with marketing and customer experience goals

  • Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment

  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members

  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous improvement and learning

  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

  • Expertise in branding, typography, illustration, visual systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
