Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting store leadership and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll help implement operational processes, drive customer engagement strategies, and support day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profit, and customer service objectives.
This position also contributes to store merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with company policies, helping Busy Beaver achieve its goals for sales performance, shrink, and controllable budgets.
What You'll Do
Sales Performance
  • Support management in driving and monitoring customer engagement strategies to meet sales and margin goals.
  • Implement best practices for merchandising.
  • Ensure ad merchandise is prominently displayed and add-on items are cross-merchandised.

Merchandising
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
  • Create impactful ad sets that maximize sales.
  • Ensure all merchandise is fronted, faced, and presentable.
  • Implement plan-o-grams and provide creative feedback.
  • Keep center aisles, end caps, and bargain bins full, signed, and attractive.
  • Monitor competitive activity and share insights with leadership.
