Overview
The Associate, Retail Marketing for HEYDUDE reports to the Retail Marketing Manager and supports the execution of retail marketing initiatives across HEYDUDE's North American retail fleet, including outlet stores and the Icon store. This role partners cross-functionally to bring seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, and local marketing programs to life, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution aligned to brand and commercial priorities.
What You'll Do
  • Support the execution of seasonal retail marketing campaigns aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Coordinate creative briefs, asset development, and delivery of in-store marketing materials across the retail fleet.
  • Assist with mall marketing, grassroots initiatives, and local store activations, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Partner closely with Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, and Creative teams to support consistent in-store presence.
  • Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support retail marketing events at the store and national level, including logistics, materials, and post-event recaps.
  • Assist with budget administration including vendor setup, purchase orders, invoicing, and spend tracking.
  • Compile and report on campaign performance, helping identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or retail marketing.
  • Background knowledge in creative briefing, asset coordination, and marketing execution.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience creating presentations, trackers, and basic reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
