Job Description

As a valuable member of the Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs Game Presentation teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship service to ensure every fan has a memorable experience. You will be tasked with delivering an outstanding experience for all fans inside Scotiabank Arena. This is done by monitoring fans engagement through social media during Raptors and Maple Leafs home games, as well as executing additional in-game features on the videoboard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the execution in curating and creating features using fan social mediaposts during Raptors and Maple Leafs home games
  • Ideate new features that align with the Raptors and Maple Leafs brands
  • Be on the pulse of social media and search for content that would enhance the experience for fans at home games
  • Execute other game presentation tasks including the operation of NHL player/puck tracking, fan polling, and additional fan activations.
  • Communicate positively and professionally with all MLSE staff and fans
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Strong knowledge of Raptors and Maple Leafs teams and brands
  • Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with different team members
  • Must be flexible to work weekday shifts as early as 4:00pm and weekends and holidays during the day and evening
  • Must be available to work a majority of Raptors and Maple Leafs home games
