  • Administer and document snack time in accordance with school nutrition guidelines
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and dismissal logs; communicate with families at pick-up in a warm and professional manner
  • Support program operations including room setup, cleanup, and materials management

Flex Friday Program (12:30 PM โ€“ 3:30 PM)

  • Co-facilitate student clubs and interest groups as part of CMI's Flex Friday program, working alongside teachers and external partners while lead teachers participate in professional development
  • Design and deliver structured, engaging activities aligned with club themes and student interests
  • Transition to regular aftercare duties following Friday dismissal at 3:30 PM

General School Community

  • Provide classroom and general school support as needed throughout the day
  • Adhere to all CMI policies, procedures, and community expectations
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and family information
  • Serve as a positive role model, fostering a respectful and inclusive school culture
  • Complete other duties as assigned by program managers, directors, and school leaders

Qualifications Required
