Job description

Our Greater Dallas based beauty client is looking for an Art Director with 2+ years experience for an immediate long term role; this role is onsite four days a week and remote on Fridays and hours are 9-5.

In this role, you'll contribute to the visual development and execution of social-first content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube while working closely with other members of the social team.
Day in the life:

Design and develop channel-appropriate creative for organic and paid social.

Collaborate with creative teammates and cross-functional partners to concept and execute social content aligned with brand and campaign goals.

Support art direction for social-focused photo and video shoots, including pre production planning and on-set assistance.

Partner with designers, editors, and copywriters to ensure cohesive storytelling and strong creative execution.

Assist in the development of Social Playbooks, contributing ideas, visual directions, and content templates.

Stay up to date on social trends, formats, and cultural moments, and bring forward relevant ideas for content.

Ensure creative aligns with platform best practices, audience behaviors, and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with creators and influencers to help bring authentic brand moments to life.

Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Core Competencies
