We're looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our corporate marketing department and dealership network. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

Support the marketing team by managing emails, vendor communications, and store requests
Process invoices, check requests, and update budget spreadsheets
Help track marketing spend, upload vendor billing, and maintain organized digital files
Prepare meeting documents, agendas, and presentation materials
Submit weekly commercial traffic to TV stations and confirm spot rotations
Manage Asana task updates and help keep projects on schedule
Assist with research, reporting, and light creative coordination
Keep daily operations running efficiently from morning check-ins to end-of-day wrap-ups

  • Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations

  • Six months of automotive experience preferred/training available
  • Ability to use a computer and 10 key calculator
  • Type at least 50 wpm
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, grasping/gripping, writing/typing, finger dexterity, working in a confined space, driving, eye/hand/foot coordination, hearing, speaking and vison (beyond arms length).
    • Occasionally bending/stooping/squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, pushing/pulling, reaching above shoulders and lift/carry 1-25lbs.
