      • Mission: hands-on experience with Certified Technician and achieve 4 ASE certifications
      • Timeline: 1 Year
    • Year 2
      • Mission: apply 'Year 1' learnings to kick off a successful career as a Certified Technician and earn additional ASE certifications
      • Timeline: 1 Year
