What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years in commercial real estate lending, credit, portfolio management, asset management, or related experience
  • Direct experience managing a performing CRE portfolio
  • Strong borrower-facing, credit, and negotiation skills
  • Exposure to modifications, restructurings, troubled credits, or lender remedies
  • Experience mentoring and managing junior professionals
  • A proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset

If you’re looking for a visible leadership opportunity where you can influence the portfolio, the team, and the platform, this is a compelling next step. Fantastic culture and great office location. Comp range is 175K-225K in base + bonus + full benefits. 4 days/week in the office in Montgomery County. To apply to this role please do so through this posting or reach out to Caren Bromberg Bach on LinkedIn.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, portfolio management, or related credit leadership roles.
• Strong background in evaluating commercial real estate loans, including analysis of cash flow, collateral, borrower performance, and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to manage loan modifications, restructuring discussions, covenant matters, and early-stage credit issues.
• Experience leading or mentoring professionals, with a track record of improving analytical quality and team performance.
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance interpretation.
• Ability to communicate complex portfolio and credit matters clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with portfolio reporting, risk rating processes, and control-oriented management practices within a banking or lending environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and data-driven tools to improve reporting, monitoring, and operational workflows.
