Job Overview
As a PCT on the CRCC Unit, you'll support nurses in caring for critically ill medical, surgical, and cardiac patients who require close monitoring. You'll assist with hygiene, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and provide compassionate bedside care - including support for patients nearing the end of life. Your steady presence and attention to detail help ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
What You'll Gain
Working in CRCC gives you hands-on experience with ICU and telemetry patients, post-operative recovery, cardiac monitoring, and caring for patients with complex, rapidly changing conditions. You'll build strong skills in vital signs, communication, teamwork, and recognizing subtle changes in patient status. Requirements
