Job Overview for Crate Builders
The Lee Group is seeking dependable and hardworking Crate Builders to join the warehouse team of one of our valued clients in Newport News, VA. In this role, you will construct custom wooden crates used to safely store and transport sensitive, high-value items throughout the warehouse. Job Responsibilities of Crate Builders
- Build custom wooden crates for sensitive equipment and materials stored throughout the warehouse.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and secure lumber using hand and power tools.
- Read and follow work instructions and basic measurements to ensure crates meet required specifications.
- Inspect completed crates for quality and structural integrity.
