In the Netherlands, we operate as Mondial Relay by InPost Group. We are in full build here, which means: influence, impact, and room to really make a difference.

As a PUDO Account Manager, you are responsible for the management and expansion of the PUDO network (parcel shop locations) in your region. You actively maintain contact with existing partners, recruit new locations, and ensure that the quality of the network remains up to standard. You are the daily face of InPost towards local entrepreneurs. Specifically, this involves:

• Actively managing ongoing correspondence with network/PUDO partners: you are the first point of contact
• Working closely with other departments (Expansion, Service, Operations) to accelerate and improve cooperation with PUDO partners for balance in volumes per location or region.
• Skillfully using IT systems and applications such as CRM systems or data-driven insight systems or AI tools.
• Monitoring and analyzing the status and quality of PUDO locations in the network via IT systems
• Verifying location performances based on reported issues and planning visits accordingly
• Following up on necessary actions together with colleagues from the network team on quality reports from PUDO partners
• Actively recruiting new parcel shop locations through field acquisition in your region
• Providing onboarding and training for new PUDO partners
• Monitoring KPIs per location (volumes, quality, customer satisfaction) and taking action in case of deviations
• Contributing to regional expansion goals in collaboration with the other Expansion Specialists

You love people, are at your best on the go, and have a commercial nose. You know how to inspire, support, and motivate entrepreneurs to get the most out of the partnership.

• MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level
• Experience in a customer-oriented role: account management, relationship management, or field sales
• Skilled with IT systems and applications; quick to pick up new tools
• Affinity with logistics or retail is a plus
• Driving license B required; you are active in your region on a daily basis
• Good command of the Dutch language; knowledge of other languages can be an advantage in the work field to connect with the customer.
