A common challenge is managing time efficiently to ensure all materials are ready and workspaces are organized before sessions begin. Effective communication with team members and proactive organization can help address these challenges. Staying adaptable and keeping a checklist of daily tasks can also ensure smooth operation and support both the creative and logistical sides of the role.
