Now Hiring: Assembler


Location: Alachua, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to build something that matters? Join our team in Alachua, Florida as an Assembler and contribute to building high-quality drilling rigs used worldwide to extract the critical resources that fuel industries and power progress.


What You'll Do:

  • Assemble large and heavy components using hand and power tools.

  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Perform hydraulic connections and ensure proper fit and fastening of parts.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Planning.

What you Bring

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship

  • 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOMs.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness and ability to work overtime.

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday

  • Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs

  • Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam)

  • Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment
