Position Description & Qualifications Serco is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to support the Combat Air Forces Distributed Mission Operations (CAF DMO) contract in Orlando, Florida office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive industrial, personnel, and physical security support to ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, and Serco security requirements. You will work closely with the Facility Security Officer (FSO), Contract Program Security Officer (CPSO), Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) requirements, and program leadership to safeguard personnel, facilities, systems, and classified information across all aspects of contract execution. In this role, you will: * Support all physical, personnel, industrial, and program security functions associated with the CAF DMO 3.0 contract. * Assist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) with the administration of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and related security requirements. * Ensure compliance with applicable DoD, Air Force, NISPOM, and company security policies and procedures. * Administer personnel security actions, including clearance processing, visit authorization requests, indoctrinations, debriefings, and access management. * Coordinate, prepare, submit, receive, and maintain classified visit requests and ensure visitors possess the required security clearances and access authorizations. * Manage day-to-day physical security operations for the Orlando facility, including access control systems, alarm systems, security containers, and key management. * Conduct random and no-notice entry and exit inspections as required by security directives. * Monitor facility alarm systems, respond to after-hours activations, coordinate alarm testing, and implement compensatory measures when required. * Identify and authorize personnel requiring unescorted access to controlled or restricted areas. * Perform security container combination changes and maintain associated accountability documentation. * Ensure proper receipt, transmission, accountability, safeguarding, and destruction of classified materials and media. * Coordinate classified shipments and maintain accountability records for incoming and outgoing classified material. * Maintain facility security records and ensure compliance with document control and classified holdings requirements. * Conduct recurring reviews of classified holdings and support inventory reduction initiatives. * Conduct routine self-inspections and security assessments to evaluate compliance and identify potential deficiencies. * Develop corrective action plans, track remediation activities, and ensure closure of security findings. * Investigate security incidents, violations, and reportable events and recommend appropriate corrective actions. * Support damage assessments and incident response activities when directed by government or corporate security leadership. * Develop, maintain, and update security documentation, including: * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) * Inspection Readiness Plans * Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans * Physical Security Procedures * Security Education and Training Materials * Deliver initial, annual, and recurring security awareness training for employees supporting the AFMS 3.0 program. * Provide guidance on Security Classification Guides, DD Form 254 requirements, classified handling procedures, and personnel security requirements. * Coordinate with government security representatives, program leadership, and corporate security personnel to support contract execution and mission requirements. * Maintain working knowledge of export control regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and ensure compliance where applicable. * Ensure all facility security equipment, systems, and procedures meet applicable government security standards. * Support inspections, assessments, and audits conducted by government agencies and corporate security organizations. * Maintain current knowledge of applicable policies and directives, including: * National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) * DoDM 5205.07 (SAP Security Manuals) * DoDM 5105.21 (SCI Security Manuals) * ICD 705 Standards and Requirements * DD Form 254 Requirements * Security Classification Guides * DoD and Air Force security regulations applicable to AFMS operations To be successful in this role, you will possess: * Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI eligibility. * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of industrial security experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * OR A High School Diploma with 8+ years of industrial security experience. * Experience supporting classified contracts within a DoD or federal government environment. * Knowledge of physical security, personnel security, classified material control, and industrial security requirements. * Experience working within the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). * Ability to work on-site at the Orlando, Florida facility. * Ability to travel up to 10% as required. Additional desired experience and skills: * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. * Security Professional Education Development (SPēD) Certification. * Experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments. * Experience supporting facility security operations, inspections, and accreditation activities. * Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills. * Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders and program requirements.
