Job description

CPR Instructor – Burbank/Los Angeles, CA (Part-Time)
Heart CPR is seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals who are passionate about teaching lifesaving skills and making a difference in their community. We are currently hiring CPR Instructors for our Burbank/Los Angeles, California area.

Schedule:
  • Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings.
  • Part-time position.

Pay
  • $27.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to students and clients.
  • Teach CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS courses in accordance with American Heart Association and American Red Cross guidelines.
  • Set up and prepare the classroom prior to each class.
  • Clean and organize the classroom after each course.
  • Inspect, maintain, and properly care for training equipment.
  • Complete class rosters, certification paperwork, and other required reports accurately and on time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and working with people.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) and/or American Red Cross Instructor Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Previous teaching or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
