  • Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in childcare, teaching, or coaching (competitive swimming experience is a huge plus!).
  • Certifications: You have (or are willing to get) CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications within your first 6 months. We'll help you get there!
  • Mindset: You're punctual and dependable. Our students rely on seeing your friendly face every week.
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
