Job Summary:

The Partnership Marketing Associate will support the development, execution, and optimization of strategic partnerships for a fast-growing CPG brand, with an immediate focus on launching and managing a new high-profile partnership. This role will serve as a key cross-functional coordinator between cross functional teams at Cibo Vita, and the partner organization to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, retail activation, and business growth.

This role offers the opportunity to help launch and scale a major brand partnership at a pivotal growth stage for the company. The Partnership Marketing Associate will play a critical role in creating meaningful consumer connections and delivering memorable brand experiences through sports and cultural partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Activation & Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of partnership marketing campaigns tied to the sports organization partnership
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and activation calendars across internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in managing sponsorship assets, including signage, digital placements, social media content, hospitality, athlete/talent appearances, and experiential activations
  • Help ensure all partnership rights and contractual obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Support gameday, event, and experiential activations as needed
  • Cross-Functional Project Management
  • Partner closely with Marketing and CrossFunctional teams to align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Coordinate with agency partners, vendors, and the sports organization to manage creative production and execution logistics
  • Track budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and partnershiprelated expenses
  • Maintain organized project documentation, calendars, recap materials, and activation trackers
  • Retail & Consumer Engagement Support

  • Assist in developing retail activation programs connected to the partnership, including instore displays, sweepstakes, sampling, and promotional campaigns
  • Support consumerfacing engagement initiatives across digital, social, experiential, and community platforms
  • Help coordinate branded merchandise, giveaways, and event materials
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance metrics, recaps, and ROI reporting across partnership initiatives
  • Monitor consumer engagement, social performance, event results, and activation effectiveness
  • Assist in preparing executive presentations, postevent summaries, and partnership performance updates
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage meeting coordination, agendas, notes, and followup actions with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure timely communication and responsiveness across all stakeholders
  • Support contract routing, legal reviews, and asset approvals
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in partnership marketing, sports marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, agency account management, or related field
  • Experience working within a CPG, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumerfocused organization preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms
  • Passion for sports, culture, and consumer brands preferred
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and events as needed
  • Familiarity with paid and organic social media, including handson experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads, and a working understanding of key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPM, ROAS, share of voice) preferred
  • Experience collaborating with creative and social teams on content development, campaign briefing, and crosschannel execution preferred
