Job description

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a local final-mile delivery position based in Syracuse, NY. This opportunity offers daily home time, strong activity-based pay, preloaded trailers, and consistent retail freight throughout Upstate New York.

Drivers deliver palletized merchandise to retail store locations using pallet jacks and liftgate-equipped trailers.

Pay & Compensation
  • Average Weekly Earnings: $1,770–$1,800
  • Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $92,000
  • Mileage Pay: $0.69–$0.83 CPM
  • Pallet Unload Pay: $53.61–$56.81 per pallet
  • Stop Pay: $38.29–$40.56 per stop
  • Yard Work Pay: $25.00–$28.58 per hour
  • Training Pay: $20/hour during onboarding, then activity-based pay
  • Safety Training Pay: $20/hour
  • Holiday Pay: $200 per eligible holiday
