The Hair Care team is seeking aSenior Analystto support Front Store Merchandising across 7,000+ locations.You willplaya key part in shaping the customer experience by driving data-informed decisions on product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

You willutilizeandcombine strong analytical skills with strategic thinking, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve category performance and grow market share.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the develop of and execute pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies for assigned categories

• Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and category performance toidentifyopportunities and risks

• Deliver data-driven recommendations tooptimizeassortment, pricing, and promotions

• Evaluate supplier performance, support negotiations, and facilitate promotional planning and related funding

• Leadnew itemsetup and maintenance, including planograms, seasonalprogramsand mid-year updates

• Manage off-shelfand seasonalprograms with suppliers and track performance reporting

• Build and present insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership

• Partner cross-functionally to drive category growth initiatives

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail, merchandising,analytics, or a corporate environment

• 3+ years of experience analyzing data,identifyingtrends, and delivering insights

• 3+ years of experience building reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations

• Experience working with market trends and category performance analysis

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and Outlook

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

• Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive business matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving decision-making

• Certified Professional Merchandiser (CPM)

• Master's degree

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
