About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer with deep expertise in direct response lead generation to manage and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other social platforms.
You should have a proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns to $1M+ per month in spend while maintaining strict cost-per-lead (CPL) targets in competitive verticals like mortgage, solar, insurance, and home services.
This is a performance-driven role. You must understand how to turn ad spend into predictable, scalable lead flow - and how creative, targeting, and data all work together to drive results.What You'll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across:
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • TikTok Ads
    • Other emerging social platforms
  • Scale campaigns from testing to high 6-figure / 7-figure monthly spend
  • Maintain and improve CPL targets while increasing lead volume
  • Build and optimize full-funnel lead generation systems (ad โ†’ landing page โ†’ lead โ†’ follow-up)
  • Analyze performance data daily and make rapid optimization decisions
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists/designers to:
    • Develop new ad angles
    • Test creatives at scale
    • Identify and scale winning ads
  • Manage audience strategy, budget allocation, and campaign structure
  • Continuously test and optimize:
    • Creatives, hooks, offers
    • Audiences and targeting
    • Landing pages and funnels
  • Implement and manage tracking systems:
    • Pixels, Conversion API (CAPI)
    • Offline conversion tracking
    • CRM integrations
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years experience in paid social media buying (direct response focus)
  • Proven track record scaling campaigns to $500K-$1M+ monthly spend
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Meta Ads (required)
    • TikTok Ads (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in one or more of:
    • Mortgage
    • Solar
    • Insurance
    • Home services
  • Strong understanding of:
    • CPL optimization
    • Funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, LTV)
    • Creative testing frameworks
  • Ability to work closely with creative teams and guide creative direction based on performance
  • Experience with lead generation funnels + CRM systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and fast decision-making ability
