Job Description: Role Summary
The SAP CPI Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) as part of the SAP Integration Suite. The role ensures secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange across cloud and on-premise landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI
· Integrate SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, ECC, AWS, Snowflake, Concur, and third-party applications
· Develop integrations using SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, JMS, and file-based adapters
· Implement message mappings, content modifiers, value mappings, and exception handling
· Manage security artifacts including certificates, keystores, OAuth, PGP, and user roles
· Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of integration flows
· Apply SAP integration best practices and enterprise integration patterns
· Work with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration designs
· Create and maintain technical documentation (integration specs, mappings, interface catalogs)
· Support deployments across DEV / QA / PROD landscapes

Technical Skills
· Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite
· Proficiency in Groovy scripting for CPI extensions
· Patterns like Sync/Async, Pub/Sub, Batch vs Real Time, Splitter, Multicast
