This role bridgesย product evaluation, testing, marketing, training, sales, operations, supportย andย coordinating every phase fromย ideationย through production, certification, and customer delivery. You'llย ensure our productsย ranging from smart cameras and sensors to integrated alarm systemsย are launched on time and to the highest quality and security standards.

What You'll Do:ย 

  • End-to-End Project Management:ย Drive the full lifecycle of product launches, including development, testing,ย release strategy,ย launch, and post-launch evaluation.ย 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:ย Act as the central liaison betweenย Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations,ย IT,ย Training,ย Human Resources,ย Customer Operations, Accounting,ย keyย thirdpartyย vendors and partners to ensure alignment, clear communication, andย timelyย execution.ย ย 
  • Scheduling & Execution:ย Build andย maintainย detailed launch plans, milestone schedules, and readiness trackers. Manage dependencies and critical paths.ย 
  • Launch Readiness:ย Oversee all go-to-market preparationย includingย installation documentation,ย logistics,ย sales process,ย marketingย and customer training materials.ย 
  • PostLaunchย Metrics & Feedback Management:ย Monitor postlaunch performance and support trends, leading feedback loops with teams and customers to drive continuous improvement.ย 
  • Risk & Issue Management:ย Identifyย potential risks and blockers early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues proactively.ย 
  • Communication & Reporting:ย Deliver clear, concise status updates and executive summaries. Serve as theย single sourceย of truth for product readiness.ย 
  • Process Improvement:ย Continuously refine processes for faster, more reliable, and cost-effective product launches.ย

What We're Looking For:ย 

Required:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree.ย 
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within consumer electronics, IoT, orย commercial and residentialย security products.ย ย 
  • Strong understanding of both hardware and software product development cycles.ย 
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects through launch.ย 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.ย 
  • Proficiencyย with project management tools (e.g.,ย Azure,ย Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).ย 
  • PMP certification.ย 

Preferred:ย 

  • Experience working with connected devices (IoT), cloud-based platforms, or mobile app integrations.ย 
  • Familiarity withย residential and commercialย security technologies (e.g., cameras, sensors, access control, alarms).ย
