Territory Manager - RTD Beverage 

MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our high-growth beverage client to recruit a Sales Representative to drive expansion across the ready-to-drink (RTD) category. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional looking to build a brand in a fast-moving and highly competitive segment.

Some of what you will do:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve volume and distribution targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships across retail and on-premise customers
  • Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align in-market execution with brand strategy
  • Stay close to market trends and consumer preferences within the RTD and beverage alcohol space
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service while managing day-to-day account needs
You should have the following:
  • 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol or CPG sales, ideally within RTD or related categories
  • Strong understanding of the Alberta beverage alcohol landscape
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive results in a territory-based role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Alberta
