Key Responsibilities
  • Shape Strategy at the Top: Present complex insights to SharkNinja executives, including the CEO, CCO, and EVPs, using expert storytelling to influence product development and marketing strategies.
  • Be the Consumer Advocate: Identify unmet needs, observe the non-obvious, and guide early-stage product development to create groundbreaking innovations.
  • Drive Innovation: Translate consumer feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into actionable recommendations that transform product features and offerings.
  • Lead with Expertise: Operate autonomously as a Subject Matter Expert in consumer insights, synthesizing complex data into a clear, strategic narrative.

Qualifications
  • Required: Willingness to be in-office 3 days a week to foster collaboration and impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, or a relevant quantitative field.
  • 5-10 years of consumer research experience, with CPG industry experience preferred.
  • Expertise in methodologies such as Concept Testing, TURF, Pricing Sensitivity Studies, and Packaging Tests.
  • Proven ability to moderate focus groups and conduct one-on-one interviews.
  • Experience with IHUTs and online/in-store shelf assessments.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
