Scope - Sr Director, Strategic Advisory (CPG)

The Sr Director, Strategic Advisory is a member of the Supply Chain Advisory team and leads a high-performing advisory practice that partners with strategic customers to shape long-term value realization, drive executive alignment, and accelerate commercial outcomes. This leader combines CPG industry expertise, consultative strategy, and cross-functional execution to deliver transformational roadmaps, advisory services, and measurable business impact across our portfolio.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of highimpact strategic supply chain advisory engagements, including assessments, maturity evaluations, roadmap development, and transformation planning

  • Shape and evolve Strategic Services offerings to align with market trends, customer needs, and emerging capabilities across the organization

  • Define and lead gotomarket strategies and innovation agendas across targeted industry verticals

  • Provide executive leadership and oversight to crossfunctional teams designing, launching, and optimizing industryspecific solutions

  • Partner with senior internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of advisory strategy, solution direction, and organizational objectives

  • Serve as a senior advisor to client executive leadership, guiding complex decisionmaking and longterm transformation initiatives

  • Identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and new market opportunities to inform advisory strategy and future offerings

  • Build, maintain, and expand executivelevel client relationships, identifying and supporting new business opportunities

  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to internal teams, customers, and external forums

  • Ensure consistent delivery of highquality advisory outcomes, client satisfaction, and measurable business value

What we are looking for:

  • 12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic advisory, strategic planning, or related leadership roles

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, largescale strategic initiatives and transformation programs within the CPG industry

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to executive and Clevel stakeholders

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills with experience leading senior, crossfunctional teams

  • Strong understanding of business operations, endtoend supply chain processes, and enterprise transformation

  • Ability to think strategically, translate vision into execution, and drive sustained results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executivelevel presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep industry and subindustry expertise within supply chain, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities

  • Experience developing and scaling advisory or professional services offerings across multiple industry verticals

Additional Job Description

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000 - $200,000, plus a variable component.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
