What you will do to contribute to the company's success
  • Is responsible for break-fix troubleshooting of applications used internally by the organization on a daily basis. The position works in a queue-based ticketing system to prioritize and resolve application issues impacting several end users throughout the organization.
  • Gains familiarity with Service Desk and technical support concepts, practices and methodologies.
  • With guidance, performs routine support duties, including: Receiving, researching, resolving and/or escalating Remedy and email-based support requests, Supporting the development and integration of new equipment and applications within the Cable One phone infrastructure, Assists more senior team members with provision of Tier 1 user support

Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, ITIL, ServiceNow and FSM are preferred
