Job description

Job Title: AI Transformation Specialist (Claude Cowork & Microsoft)
Role Overview
As our specialist, you will spearhead the adoption of Claude Cowork, an autonomous agentic AI that executes multi-step tasks directly on local file systems. You will be responsible for designing automated workflows, integrating Claude with Microsoft tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors, and providing high-touch training to executive teams to enhance decision-making capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Workflow Design:
  • Setup and configure Claude Cowork environments, including sandboxed virtual machines (VMs) for secure local file operations.
  • Design and deploy complex, multi-step agentic workflows that read, write, and organize local files and datasets.
  • Create Global and Folder-specific instructions (e.g., .cowork-instructions.md) to standardise AI output quality and adherence to brand voice.
Microsoft Tool Integration:
  • Deploy and manage MCP connectors to link Claude Cowork with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
  • Enable "Work across apps" capabilities for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint using Claude add-ins.
  • Coordinate with IT admins to manage organization-wide permissions and security guardrails for Copilot Cowork integrations.
Executive Training & Coaching:
  • Conduct tailored workshops for executive teams on shifting from "chat-based AI" to "delegation-based agentic work".
  • Train leaders to review AI-generated "artifacts" (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and reports) rather than just prompts.
  • Educate on AI safety and governance, specifically around folder access, prompt injection risks, and data privacy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Claude Cowork Expertise: Proven experience with Claude Desktop, including creating "Skills," using sub-agents for parallel workstreams, and setting up recurring Scheduled Tasks.
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge of M365 administration, SharePoint library management, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • AI Orchestration: Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for third-party tool connectivity.
  • Security Acumen: Familiarity with sandboxed environments, VM isolation, and local file permissioning to ensure zero-risk AI operations.
  • Communication: Ability to translate "agentic architecture" into practical business value for non-technical senior leaders.
