Familiarity with word processing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is often important for formatting and keyword optimization. Job description

Seasonal Field Service Helper (Pool Cover Sidekick)
Want to spend your summer outside instead of stuck inside? Join our crew and become a hands-on helper installing and fixing automatic pool covers. You’ll ride along with an experienced Field Tech, learn real skills, and get paid while doing it. Not a bad deal, right?

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Team up with a seasoned Field Tech to troubleshoot and repair pool cover systems

  • Grab tools, prep for jobs, and be the MVP of “having what we need when we need it”

  • Help document work (yes, we have to write things down sometimes)

  • Deliver friendly, professional service—because happy customers = happy team

Bonus Tasks

  • Keep the work vehicle stocked, clean, and ready to roll

  • Help keep job sites organized (no one likes a messy truck)

  • Jump in wherever needed—every day is a little different

What You Need

  • Must be 16 years old or older

  • Good attitude and willingness to learn (we can teach the rest)

Skills That Make You Successful

  • Can communicate effectively (talk and text)

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Problem-solving mindset (figuring out why something isn’t working)

  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic math skills (measurements and simple calculations)

  • Team player mentality

  • Flexible availability, including occasional longer days or weekends

What the Job Is Like

  • Frequent movement including standing, kneeling, crawling, and working with tools

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, dirt, dust, and noise

  • Exposure to tools, equipment, and active job sites

Why You’ll Like It

  • Work outdoors instead of behind a desk

  • Gain hands-on technical skills

  • Be part of a supportive, hardworking team

  • No two days are the same

Ready to get outside, learn something new, and earn money this summer?
