Job description

Turn technical expertise into customer impact

What if you could shape how an entire Technical Success organization turns deep technical expertise into measurable customer outcomes? As Senior Technical Success Enablement Manager, you'll build the capabilities, learning experiences, and tools that help our teams confidently guide customers toward greater value from the Coveo Platform.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer success, and enablement. You'll partner closely with Technical Success leadership, Product, subject-matter experts, and Commercial Enablement to translate complex technology and customer challenges into practical, scalable learning experiences.

As our Senior Technical Success Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Own the Technical Success enablement strategy and roadmap, identifying capability gaps and defining competency expectations, learning paths, and proficiency standards across the organization.
  • Build scalable onboarding and continuous learning journeys that accelerate customer readiness and develop capabilities throughout Technical Success practitioners' progression.
  • Partner with Product and technical subject-matter experts to translate Coveo Platform architecture, capabilities, implementation patterns, integrations, and technical best practices into practical, role-specific learning.
  • Strengthen how Technical Success practitioners diagnose customer situations, uncover risks and opportunities, and connect technical decisions to adoption, customer objectives, business outcomes, and value realization.
  • Develop customer-facing capabilities including discovery, executive communication, consultative conversations, stakeholder management, storytelling, objection handling, and influencing without authority.
  • Create assessments, certifications, labs, and other applied learning experiences, measuring proficiency, behavior change, adoption, and enablement's contribution to Technical Success outcomes.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience across enablement, technical customer success, solutions consulting, professional services, technical account management, solution architecture, or a comparable customer-facing technical discipline. Extra points if you have experience in solution engineering, solution architecture or implementation success.
  • Experience building and leading enablement programs for technical or highly specialized audiences, with a strong understanding of the behaviors that drive customer adoption, retention, and value realization.
  • Technical aptitude and credibility, with the ability to understand enterprise software architecture, integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), data flows, troubleshooting concepts, and complex customer environments.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, coach others, and influence senior leaders and technical experts across functions.

What will make you stand out:

  • Hands-on experience with the Coveo Platform or significant experience with enterprise search, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered digital experiences, relevance, recommendations, personalization, or adjacent technologies.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solution Architect.
  • Experience designing competency models, learning journeys, certifications, assessments, or other proficiency-based enablement programs for teams supporting complex enterprise customers.
  • A track record of turning learning into measurable behavior change and business impact within a rapidly evolving software-as-a-service or artificial intelligence organization.
