Job description

SUMMARY
Seeking adjunct faculty to teach various Chemistry courses and/or labs on campus in Spring Arbor.

The successful candidate will be able to articulate how they would seek to integrate the Christian faith into their discipline and will be someone who enjoys working with students and other faculty. Individual will exhibit a life and service that is in full accord with the Spring Arbor University Concept, Statement of Faith, and Community Covenant. Applicants must be thoroughly supportive of the University’s mission and values as an evangelical Christian University affiliated with the Free Methodist Church. Spring Arbor University is located in Spring Arbor, Michigan.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in Chemistry or master’s degree in a closely related area with 18 credit hours in Chemistry. Doctorate in Chemistry is preferred. Record of successful college teaching is preferred.
Experience working in multicultural academic environments preferred and individuals from diverse populations are encouraged to apply.
