About This Role

Covenant Christian Academy is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic teachers to work in our Early Stay and Late Stay programs. These team members provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children before and after the school day.


What You'll Do
  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care.
  • Assist with arrival and dismissal procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with DSS regulations and school policies.

Schedule Options-

  • Early Stay: 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
  • Late Stay: 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Requirements
  • Experience working with young children preferred.
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and supervision skills.
  • Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Covenant Christian Academy.
