Job description

The Court Analyst provides confidential administrative support to the Deputy Chief Attorney's office at the Mental Hygiene Legal Service in Rockland County. The role involves preparing court documents, managing case data systems, analyzing statistical reports, and supporting staff operations for the Unified Court System. This is a full‑time temporary position requiring strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.

Key qualifications:
  • One year as Assistant Court Analyst; or Bachelor's degree and one year relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work within expedited timeframes with close attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to handle confidential matters
  • Preferred: strong working knowledge of SFS and MCMS systems
