Court Support Specialist
Location: Rockville, MD
Hours: Full-Time
Pay: $20/hr
Type: Long Term Contract, no end date
Responsibilities:
  • Collect and review traffic citation information, client records, and related documents.
  • Prepare and complete accurate court packets for court review, ensuring all required documents, signatures, and supporting materials are included.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of packet submissions and status updates.
  • Verify that all materials comply with local and state traffic court requirements.
  • Assists in scheduling court hearing appointments when applicable.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files for all cases and correspondence.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding case status or document needs.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of all court materials.
  • Escalate potential issues or delays to management for resolution.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
