About Bay Padel

Bay Padel is the Bay Area's fastest-growing padel, pickleball, and wellness club, with locations across San Francisco and the South Bay. We are building a place where members come to compete, improve, and belong, and where the team behind the experience takes as much pride in the details as the players do on the court. As we expand across California, we are looking for people who share that standard.

About the Role

The Operations Associate is responsible for delivering a high-quality daily experience at Bay Padel. • Create a welcoming, professional, and community-driven environment

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and address operational issues proactively
  • Coordinate with vendors and escalate maintenance issues when needed

  • Receive, verify, and organize incoming deliveries
  • Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs

Events & On-Site Support

  • Support execution of club events during scheduled shifts
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and real-time operational needs
  • Ensure smooth guest experience during events

Operations & Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and member experience
  • Support implementation of new processes and systems

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Available at least 16 hours per week
  • Conversational English
  • Based in the Bay Area
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented
  • Bonus: experience in sales or the sports industry
