ABOUT THE POSITION
The Court is seeking a seasoned Data Strategy & Business Intelligence Manager to manage and lead our business intelligence team, transforming complex data into actionable data insights and operation excellence. This role drives the development of modern BI solutions, transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights, and strengthens enterprise-wide decision-making. With deep expertise in the Power BI ecosystem, advanced analytics, and data governance, this leader will shape our architecture, mentor technical staff, and deliver innovative reporting solutions that support operational excellence and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Power BI Ecosystem Mastery - Demonstrate expert-level proficiency across Power BI Desktop, Service, Premium capacities, Dataflows, DataMart, Gateways, Power BI Report Server (PBI RS), and Microsoft Fabric workloads.
  • Dashboard Development - Design and develop advanced, interactive, and visually engaging dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Service Administration - Administer Power BI Service by managing user access, configuring security roles, setting permissions, and ensuring secure, well-governed environments.
  • Asset Migration - Oversee management of Power BI assets across workspaces and Microsoft Fabric environments, ensuring consistency, reliability, and alignment with governance standards.
  • SQL Engineering - Utilize advanced SQL scripting for analytical queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization across enterprise data platforms.
  • DAX & Power Query Engineering - Apply deep expertise in DAX and Power Query to build complex calculations, transform data, and optimize model performance.

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the time of application:
