ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Business Operations Analyst performs financial, statistical, logistical, and management analyses to support Court-wide contracts, purchasing, materials management, and resource allocation functions.

This entry-level professional role supports purchasing, inventory, supply chain, contracting, transportation, and other business resource activities. The position conducts research and data analysis develops recommendations for process improvements, and assists with monitoring expenditures, service agreements, and operational performance. The Business Resources Analyst works collaboratively with Court staff, County employees, outside agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders while handling sensitive and confidential information.

Success in this role requires sound judgment, initiative, creativity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate recommendations clearly and effectively. Key Responsibilities Analyze purchasing, inventory, logistics, supply chain, and materials management processes and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and resources. Develop and maintain inventory, asset, and financial tracking systems; reconcile invoices and prepare reports on expenditures, assets, and operational activities.

Assist with the development, administration, and evaluation of contracts, service agreements, purchasing activities, and materials management operations. Conduct research, data analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and performance assessments to support operational and resource management decisions. Coordinate logistics and purchasing activities with internal staff and external agencies while supporting policies, procedures, projects, and special assignments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the final filing date of this bulletin: OPTION I: Bachelor's Degree* from an accredited four-year college or university -AND- one (1) year of experience defining, analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems related to logistics, supply-chain management and materials management and assisting in implementing the solutions. OPTION II: Five (5) years of experience defining, analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems related to logistics, supply-chain management and materials management and assisting in implementing the solutions. *To qualify for Options that require educational credentials, you must attach the required documentation to your application.
