Courier Driver – Full Time (Nights)

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Courier Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of packages while ensuring accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The hours for this position are as follows:

Monday-Friday: 5:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
Saturday: 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
1-2 of these days will be rotated off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver packages to assigned locations in a timely manner
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery
  • Load and unload packages safely and efficiently
  • Verify delivery information and obtain signatures when required
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or updates
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

Qualifications
  • Possess and maintain a clean criminal background and acceptable MVR
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Pass pre-employment, post-accident, random, reasonable suspicion, and return-to-work drug screens
  • Be able to safely operate the following vehicles: economy car, mini-van, and cargo van
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (with hand truck assistance)
  • Familiarity with local roads and navigation tools
  • Follow all traffic laws
  • Meet or exceed ALL deadlines with a 98% accuracy
