Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, couples therapy, and family therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Facilitate communication among family members to help resolve interpersonal conflicts and improve relational dynamics.
• Address a variety of issues, such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, physical and psychological abuse, job stress, and significant life transitions including separation and divorce.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, consistently evaluating progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to provide effective care, ensuring professional growth and excellence in clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will include diverse individuals from various backgrounds, encompassing couples, families, children, and adolescents. You will support clients facing relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and other life stressors. The varied nature of cases you will handle will enhance your therapeutic skills and deepen your understanding of family dynamics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting mental wellness.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with couples and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Proficiency in teletherapy and familiarity with digital health platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
