You will collaborate with other professionals in a virtual space designed to foster teamwork and effective communication, enabling you to provide the best care for your clients.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients' emotional and behavioral challenges, taking into account their personal history including any criminal and substance use tendencies.
• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy to clients, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques in diverse and sometimes challenging environments.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with medical and support staff to accurately diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Develop detailed treatment plans tailored to individual clients and document clinical progress through writing clinical reports that highlight key insights and progress.
• Actively participate in case consultations with colleagues, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the care being provided.

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing marital and relationship issues, adolescents dealing with stressors related to school or family, and adults coping with life transitions. You will employ tailored therapeutic techniques to assist clients in improving their emotional well-being, enhancing their relationships, and navigating complex life circumstances.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) designation.
• Possession of an active LPCC license from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• A minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience, with at least twelve months of direct patient care within public or private health institutions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Experience facilitating individual and group therapy sessions in both in-person and remote settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, demonstrating keen interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
