This position is remote, enabling you to maintain a work-life balance while still performing your clinical duties effectively. As an LMFT, you will engage with clients in various settings, including individual sessions, couple workshops, and family therapy sessions. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples or families to help them navigate conflicts, including but not limited to, issues related to grief, work stress, and communication difficulties.
• Working with clients experiencing blended family adjustments, separation, and divorce issues, providing critical support as they navigate these life transitions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of progress and modifying treatment plans as required based on client feedback and behavioral developments.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms for video sessions to ensure clients have access to care regardless of geographical limitations.

You will work closely with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents dealing with issues ranging from emotional distress and familial conflict to more severe psychological trauma. Your role will ensure that each client receives tailored therapeutic interventions designed to foster healing and growth.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A genuine dedication to improving patient outcomes and advancing mental health care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients and their families.

While two years of experience in a clinical role is required, we particularly welcome candidates with experience addressing complex family issues, such as substance abuse, domestic violence, and grief and loss counseling. Your ability to handle a diverse range of situations will enhance our clinic's reputation for excellence in patient care.
