Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating therapy sessions with couples or families to help them navigate conflicts, including but not limited to, issues related to grief, work stress, and communication difficulties.
  • Working with clients experiencing blended family adjustments, separation, and divorce issues, providing critical support as they navigate these life transitions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of progress and modifying treatment plans as required based on client feedback and behavioral developments.
  • Utilizing telehealth platforms for video sessions to ensure clients have access to care regardless of geographical limitations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents dealing with issues ranging from emotional distress and familial conflict to more severe psychological trauma. Your role will ensure that each client receives tailored therapeutic interventions designed to foster healing and growth.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
